The Villaggio della Salute is one of the largest, totally biological rural tourism facilities in Europe. It includes the following attractions: • Ristorante Sillaro: Restaurant where guests can try old traditional dishes, pork recipes proposed by Tanari in the 16th century, barbecued biological meat. • Bottega della Salute: Store selling produce from the Calanco rural tourism farm: local cheeses, biological meat, aromatic essences, cosmetics. Health items and souvenirs are also available. • Botanic garden and herbarium: Cultivation and educational display (in particular for school groups) of aromatic plants and herbs with health-giving properties. • Melissopoli: Thanks to its many beneficial properties (in the cure of nervous disorders, headache, insomnia, arthritic pain and skin blemishes), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is the most widely cultivated plant at the Villaggio della Salute Più.
